Bridge Ensemble Leeds was honoured to be invited to play at Leeds City Council’s VE Day 80th Anniversary commemorative event.
It was a very special evening at Leeds Minster, and we performed music by Eric Coates, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Doreen Carwithen and Edward Elgar.
We were also delighted to accompany Leeds Philharmonic Choir and a fantastic 1940s singing trio from Leeds, The Hummingbirds.
